Logging In: When you place your first order with Hooked on Ornaments an account is created using your email address and zip code as your user information. You will use this information to log in to place orders and view your order information at Hooked on Ornaments. You can click the link to My Account or View My Orders to access the Log In screen.
Lost Password: The My Accountor View My Orderspages also include a utility to have your password emailed to you should you have problems with your password.
Editing or Cancelling a New Order: Our site does not currently offer the ability for customers to edit, change or cancel an order. Click Here for information on changing an order.
Tracking an Order: Once you are logged in you can track your current orders. From your list of orders choose the order you would like to track by clicking the View Order link. Click on the tracking number link to view the US Postal Service tracking information for your order. The USPS message - "Electronic Shipping Info Received" - is the message created when the package is scanned leaving our warehouse. This is the date that your order shipped. We are sorry but tracking is not available for 'Standard' shipped Canadian and International packages. The clickable link shown on your order is the US Postal Service Customs form number.
Changing your email address (Username) and password: If you need to update your email address (Username) or password you can click the UPDATE link under your Billing Address or under your Shipping Address to view your current account information. Make any changes needed and click UPDATE to save your changes.
