WISH LIST - The Hooked on Ornaments WISH LIST is a way for you to keep track of items that you would like to purchase at a later date. Each individual item description includes a button to ADD TO MY WISH LIST. When you click the button the item is added to your WISH LIST. You can view your WISH LIST through your MY ACCOUNT page and after an item is added to your list. The WISH LIST includes a quick ADD TO CART link when you are ready to purchase the item. Just click the X to remove an item from your list. The WISH LIST is NOT an order and items are NOT held for you.
WAITING LIST - The Hooked on Ornaments WAITING LIST is available for items that are currently out of stock. When you click ADD TO CART for an out of stock item you are offered the option of ADD ME TO WAITING LIST. The WAITING LIST lets us know that you are interested in the item and we will send you an email notification when the item is added into inventory. The Waiting List is NOT an order and there is no obligation to buy.
We are often asked how long it takes for an out of stock item to be added back into inventory. Unfortunately we never know for sure. Some items are easily located and are added back into inventory very quickly. Other items are difficult to find and take a longer time. We do generally get every item at one time or another.
We are sorry but the current application does not offer the ability for customers to view what items they are on the waiting list for - we do hope to implement such an application in the future. |
