Hallmark Cards has produced Stocking Hangers for almost as many years as they have produced ornaments. Although the stocking hangers are not as popular among collectors as the ornaments, there is still a great number of stocking hanger collectors out there. Stocking Hanger designs have evolved over the years as the ornaments have and reflect the changes in the ornament line as well.
**The much sought after Miss Piggy Stocking Hanger was actually never produced. The prototype was shown in different Hallmark literature, but the item never went to production.
