Shipping Policies: Hooked on Ornaments ships via the US Postal Service. We ship Monday through Friday, except during December when we ship Monday through Saturday. Processing time is generally 1 business day. Business days (for the warehouse) are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.
We require insurance on ALL orders. For US orders the insurance fee also provides Free USPS.com tracking. We regret that tracking is not available for 'standard' shipped Canadian or International packages.
Additional shipping charges may apply for heavy weight items. These fees are posted on the individual item description page. Additional shipping charges are not eligible for Free Shipping offers.
Customs and duty fees for Canadian and International orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Customs office for additional information.
