All 2009 ornaments are new stock. ALL SALES are FINAL, we do not accept returns on the current year (2009) ornaments. The 2009 production numbers seem to have been slashed - MOST 2009 ornaments are selling out in stores around the country and at the Hallmark warehouses. Due to the limited supply MOST 2009 ornaments are now priced at secondary market values. In many cases we are paying above retail in order to have the items available. Thank you and Happy Collecting!
