This Hallmark ornament is handcrafted and metal. The Proud Giraffe Hallmark ornament is second in the Hallmark Carousel Ride series. This series recreates the elaborate carousel animals that master woodcarvers once took great pride in creating.
 
Evidently the Hallmark Carousel Ride Proud Giraffe was produced in much smaller quantities than the first in the series (Majestic Lion.) The demand for this VERY hard to find ornament far exceeds the number of ornaments available on the secondary market; thus secondary market values for this ornament continue to rise.
Notes: *This Hallmark ornament is dated, but the date is not a part of the design of the ornament.
