Keepsake Personalized Ornament
Battery operated recordable ornament, uses 4 LR 44 batteries, (batteries may need replacement).
Record your own holiday message.
Note: you will not lose the message when ornament is turned off or if batteries are removed/replaced!   (See recording instructions below.)

To record:
1.  Slide the "on/off" switch on the ornament upwards until it is in the "ON" position.
2.  Then press and hold down the recessed "REC" (record) button using the endo of a paper clip, a toothpick, or other similar object.  A red light will come on to indicate that you can begin recording.
IMPORTANT: You must hold down the "RECORD" button, keeping the red light on, throughout the ENTIRE TIME you are recording.
3.  Speak, or sing! your message clearly into the "MIC" (microphone).  You have aprox 10 seconds to complete your message.  The light will go off when your recording time is over.
TO PLAY BACK MESSAGE:
Simply press the "PLAY" button on the ornament.
TO ERASE THE MESSAGE AND RECORD A NEW ONE:
Press the "REC" button and record the new message.
 
WHILE ORNAMENT IS not in use, keep the "ON/OFF' switch in the "OFF" position.  When storing the ornament , remove the batteries.  Removing the batteries for storage or replacment does NOT erase the recorded message.
